Deleting your account on Suprb is a very straightforward process. It ensures that your data is permanently deleted from Suprb database.

Closing your account is a simple process. Before you proceed, we'd like to ensure you're aware of the impact this decision may have on your digital gold savings and account history. If you have any concerns or issues, our support team is here to assist you. Now, let's guide you through the steps to close your account:

How to delete your account

Step 1: Log Into Suprb app

Begin by logging into your account through the app. Make sure you have the latest version installed for a seamless experience.

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

Once logged in, click on the profile icon on the top right corner.

Step 3: Find & Click "Delete Account" Option

Within your profile (my account page), look for the option labelled "Delete Account". This is where you initiate the account closure process.

Step 4: Make your decision

To ensure the security of your account, we'll ask you to confirm your decision to close your account. Follow the on-screen instructions and proceed with the deletion process.

Step 5: Final Confirmation

Once you've confirmed your decision, you'll receive a final confirmation message. This is your last opportunity to reconsider. If you're sure, click on "Delete Account" to finalize the account closure.

What happens next

After successfully closing your account, your data will no longer be accessible through the app. This action is irreversible. Your phone number, email ID, and any other identifiers will be immediately removed from our records.

What is retained?

Your KYC data, Bureau data and Transaction data is retained for 12 months to abide by RBI (Reserve Bank of India) Guidelines. Please note that after this period, KYC and transaction data is also permanently deleted.
